Absolutely NO outside food and/or beverages may be served from your booth during this upcoming event (this includes but is not limited to, logo bottled water or any type of pre-packaged food).

If your organization is Tax Exempt in the state of Colorado, please create your account first and then contact us at gh.dengr.grexhibits@gaylordhotels.com. We'll need a copy of your Colorado Tax Exempt Certificate and a front & back copy of the credit card being used (all digits except the last 4 should be redacted)  before we can process your order without tax. **Do not upload Tax Exempt forms. They must be emailed directly to gh.dengr.grexhibits@gaylordhotels.com for processing**
